The literal translation of CerSilv is “High Elves”, which refers to their lofty, ancient Dwarven built cities above the treelines in highest peaks of the Greythern Mountains to the west of Iskitaan. The Cersilv are relatively unknown in recent centuries, but stories of them from the past reveal that their culture is dictated by honor, caution and rigid tradition. They take a rather long range view of things, being long-lived, and are very resistant to change. Physically, they tend to be tall, thin with white or silver hair, and purple or grey eyes, though more “human” colors aren't unknown. They tend to have a high affinity for magic.
