Elven Blood
For human PCs who have a trace of Elven blood, but are not a full Half Elf, there is a chance of having Elven traits. Basically, any PC descended from Lebanon Drake, Luna Gem, Ebony Gem, Kelkinal, Jotham, Kira Shadeg and/or Chantel Victoria will be eligible.

| 9 | + 5% to Ballistic Skill |
| 10 | Roll Twice. Treat this as 'No Benefit' on future rolls |
