Home of the Raven's Head glacier, a huge field of ice, under which the Raven River flows out of the mountains. At the base of the glacier lies the small village of Raven's Head, where the inhabitants collect amethysts that the river carries down stream from somewhere under the glacier. The glacier is also known as the location of the tragic death of the wizard Arvin Michaels, husband of Valanthe Laidon and one of the founders of the University of Caspary.
