The peninsula that the capital of Pointbury is built at the end of is known as The bridge that held faith. The story is that during the reign of the 1st Dark Emperor, a company of Maegnar the Black’s warriors were about to be overrun during a coastal battle when the earth shook and a bridge of land arose from the Vileshall Sea to a nearby island, giving them space to retreat and time to regroup, and allowed them to hold off the Emperor’s forces until their promised reinforcements arrived.
