(b. 856 PE; d. unknown) The legendary Archer of Westwood Grove. Archer/adventurer of the Westwood Elves. Tiplar was the most reknowned archer of his time. First gained fame in the tournaments in and around Roscorin. Was recruited by Wolftane in the Orc Suppression wars and the founding of Perovia.
Accompanied Meagnar the Black during his Orc purges in the Dim Mountains.
Tiplar's skill with a bow is said to be the best in all of Iskitaan. He was rumored to have blinded a swooping Knife Falcon by shooting both it's eyes out while it was diving to snatch a small child. Other
feats he is either recorded or rumored to have achieved with his bow include splitting a strand of straw at 700 paces, shooting a grape out of a child's mouth at 500 paces and killing a dozen rabid
hounds with eleven arrows.
The exact fate of Tiplar is unknown. He was last seen starting on an expedition to [[Cersilv]] realms in 999, seeking the legendary Throne of the Gods. Wether or not he was successful or even returned is the subject of much speculation.
