The Ricsilv are live in the highest, coldest climates of the mountains. They are both a subculture of the [[Cersilv]], and the army that defends the [[Cersilv]] realms. The size of the Ricsilv culture and army were reduced during the [[SilvWars Silv Wars]], when the majority of the Ricsilv took the side of the [[Larsilv]].
