The Lurin War of Succession


In 1107, King Kyle of Lurin died unexpectedly, before naming an heir. This set off a war of succession between various factions each supprting a different candidate. The conflict results in the destruction of the House of Dubois. The war finally ends five years later when several high ranking members of the Merchant's Guild in Kingswamp attempt to seize power, uniting the nobles against them.
