His reputation also has him in the sites of many of the local nobles as a potential husband for there coming of age daughters and though this usually comes with much protest by nobleman's daughters in the cause of Brent they are just as eager to get his attention. Brent confident when it comes to his life as a solider he is the opposite when it comes to women. He is shy, but always a gentlemen.

Brent followed in his brother's footsteps and at the age of 13 became a solider of Ironhaven and much like his brother he rose through the ranks quickly becoming a sergeant at 16. Brent unlike his brother however rose through the ranks because he had the respect and loyalty of his men. Brent was truly his father's son well respected and a true leader. If a problem arises Brent stands by his men and they fight together side by side as if there was no rank difference between them his men are his family. Brent does not get wrapped in the politics of being the son of a nobleman, but prefers the company of his men. Rumor has it that it is only a matter of days before he is made a captain much with the support of his men, the other sergeants and his superiors.
