Amelia's heritage stems from Hunter the son of Luna and Griswald Gem. Much like Hunter, Amelia is one of triplets that includes her brothers Aidin and Kurt with her brother Brent being born two years later. It is said that Amelia greatly resembles her ancestor Gabrielle.

Amelia is more the free spirit of the Corvinus family and with three brothers she cetainly does not act like the daughter of a nobleman.
